Lauren Smith

Lauren Smith was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. She graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences. After a few years of working at The Cleveland Clinic in microbiology, she moved to Colorado in 2012 and began working in the andrology lab at Conceptions. She became very interested in the world of fertility and moved over to the embryology team in 2017.

Her love for embryology is driven by the reward of seeing patients achieve their dream of bringing home a baby. She is also fueled by the constant advances in technology the field has to offer. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys cooking, camping, hiking, volleyball, and traveling as often as possible. She is also a devoted Cleveland sports fan.
